Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received on or before May 31, 2008, will receive a full refund, less a $50 processing fee. From June 1, 2008 through June 15, 2008, a refund of 50% per person will be given, less a $50 processing fee. After June 15, 2008, the conference fee is non-refundable. Please call, fax, or email our offices immediately to avoid any unnecessary charges if you are unable to attend. If you cancel due to medical reasons that are covered by your purchased travel-insurance policy, we will advise the insurance company that your travel and conference or seminar fees are non-refundable. Any refunds issued by the insurance company will negate any credit due. Protect Your Investment: We strongly suggest you protect your investment by purchasing trip-cancellation insurance.
